Upcoming CHHA training dates

If you are interested in the CNA to CHHA Online Bridge Course:

  1. Here is the DocHub document to complete. Please click "Fill & Submit A Copy" to begin. When finished, click "Finalize & Submit" and it will be sent directly to us:

  2. Email a clear copy of your photo ID and current CNA license to caregiver@sunlightcare.com.
  3. Upon receipt of your completed documentation, photo ID, and CNA license, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment.

Payment for your course can be made via the invoice emailed to you, or by money order. No personal checks. A 4% credit/debit card processing fee will be applied to card payments.
