Are there any other fees besides the class fees?
- The Board of Nursing charges between $65.00 and $80.00 for the application fee and licensing fee. You will be informed of the actual price when registering for class. First-time applicants must pay by credit or debit card online. Reinstatement applicants must pay by money order or check.
- Scrubs are required to be worn every day during your skills training. You will be required to purchase your own scrubs.
- Passport-sized photo (2″×2″): a clear picture of your facial features from the shoulders up against a white background. Photos can be taken at any pharmacy or photo center; prices typically range from $7.00 to $15.00.
What types of payments do you accept?
- We accept cash, money orders (USPS postal money orders are not accepted), and credit cards. Credit/debit card transactions must include a 4% processing fee for payments or refunds. We do not accept personal checks.
When is payment due for class?
- The total amount must be paid 2 days prior to the first day of class to keep your seat.
- If you fail to pay tuition in full, your seat will be offered to an alternate student and you will have to take a different class.
- You will only be allowed to switch classes once.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds must be requested at least 8 business days before the start of class by coming to the office.
No refunds will be given after 8 business days before the start of class. We are not open on weekends.
If you register and pay for the course less than 8 business days before the start date and decide not to take the class, you will not receive a refund.

We are excited you are ready to register for a course. Please click the Sign Up Now link at the top of the page and fill out the information. An automatic email will be sent to you with step-by-step instructions on how to register online.
If you prefer to come to the office to complete your paperwork, please call ahead to schedule an appointment and please bring your registration fee (please review the tuition information on this page), photo ID, and Social Security card. You will fill out the registration form and review the policies while you are here.
Office hours: 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. We are not open on the weekends or on major holidays.
